Multi Start Connector
Multi-start threaded connectors are specialised fittings that feature multiple thread starts (parallel threads beginning at different points around the pipe’s circumference) to enable faster and more efficient assembly of large OD casing pipes. They are designed to provide secure, leak-proof connections while accommodating high-pressure, corrosive, or harsh environmental conditions.
Large OD Casing
The casing is a large-diameter pipe that is specifically designed to be installed within a recently drilled section of a well or borehole. This pipe serves multiple essential functions, including maintaining the structural integrity of the well, preventing the collapse of the surrounding rock, and isolating water or other fluids in the well from external contaminants.
Line Pipe
Line pipes are essential components in pipeline systems, used primarily for transporting oil, gas, and water over long distances. They are designed to withstand environmental stresses, installation pressures, and operational conditions while maintaining structural integrity and safety.
Drill Pipe
We offer drill pipes, sized from 2-3/8″ to 6-5/8″ in outer diameter, meet API 5DP standards and API RP7G guidelines. Our range includes Double Shoulder Tool Joint and High Torque Connections, with options for extra-long tool joints and special grades available upon request. All products are made from high-quality steel.
Heavy Weight Drill Pipe
Heavy Weight Drill Pipe features two long tool joints and a central heavy wall tube, with tool joints made from AISI 4145 H modified material, heat-treated to 285-341 Brinell hardness and a minimum of 40 ft-lbs Charpy V-notch Impact strength. Other properties comply with API 7-1, while the central tube is AISI 1340 steel or equivalent. We also offer Integral Heavy Weight Drill Pipe.
Casing
We offer a full range of API Casing from 4-1/2″ OD to 20″ OD, complying with API Specification 5CT (PSL-1, PSL-2, PSL-3) and Premium Connections.
We use high-quality steel, ensuring all processing steps meet or exceed API and industry standards. Plain End Pipes and Coupling Stocks are sourced from approved mills with specific metallurgical chemistries.
Drill Collars
Drill collars, both slick and spiral, are made from AISI 4145 H Chromium Molybdenum Alloy Steel and are fully heat treated to achieve a Brinell Hardness of 285 to 341 BHN. They have a minimum Charpy V-notch impact strength of 40 ft-lbs at 70°F and at least 13% elongation. These mechanical properties meet or exceed API 7-1 requirements and are effective one inch below the surface at ambient room temperature.
Tubing
We offer a full range of API Tubing with outside diameters from 2-3/8″ to 4-1/2″, adhering to API Specification 5CT (PSL-1, PSL-2, PSL-3) with Premium Connections. Our high-quality steel is sourced from approved mills, tailored to specific metallurgical and dimensional requirements.
